I’m considering C2S for my next project. I need you to clarify couple things for me.
1. If I have only moneybookers account, can my customers pay me directly with credit/debit cards? I’m talking about moneybookers merchant account, not standard mb account.
2. Can I accept paypal payments if I don’t have my own paypal acount? That is, can my customer pay to your paypal account and than you transfer that to my moneybookers account? It’s a silly question, I know :), but needed to be sure. If I understood well, all you actually do is debit the accounts that I set up in my profile. So if I have PayPal and Authorize.net my customers can pay only via them.
3. If you transfer money instantly to my, say moneybookers account, why do I have to pay my affiliates only once in a month?
4. Can you please, describe step by step, how does the process of buying looks for my customer. Let’s say I sell an ebook on my website.
5. If I got it right, I can pay multiple affiliates directly from my click2sell account, i.e. I don’t have to go to moneybookers and than use Mass Pay option there?
6. What exactly will appear on my customers credit card statement?
7. Since I’m selling a book, can I use a pen name? I mean, in product description on marketplace, as a name that my affiliate s will see in their reports, on a credit card statements (if you have anything to do with this). Or I must use my real name everywhere?

Thank you for all your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Now I would like to answer all your questions one by one:
1) As far as I understand you will use Moneybookers to accept payments from customers and then pay all affiliates. If you have a real Moneybookers merchant account (you wrote to Moneybookers support and asked to turn on the merchant credit card processing on your account), then you will be able to accept credit card payments from buyers via Moneybookers without any problems.
2) Yes, you understood everything correctly. Your customers pay you directly to your specified accounts on your Click2Sell.EU profile. This means that if you have added Moneybookers, but no Paypal, they will be able to pay only via Moneybookers to you. If you have Authorize.net and Moneybookers accounts added, then you will be able to accept direct credit card payments on your Click2Sell.EU checkout page to your Authorize.net merchant account and also, you customers will be able to choose Moneybookers and pay with their mb accounts or use credit cards there. If you don’t have Paypal specified on your Click2Sell.EU account, then you won’t be able to use it to accept payments.
3) You pay affiliates once a month just because all settlements are generated in this way. For all sales made by your affiliates on February we will generate commission settlements to pay on the 1st of March. You will have 21 day (until the 22nd of March) to pay all affiliates and fees.
4) The buying process is very simple: customers click an order button on your website, then they get redirected to your product’s checkout page where they can enter their information and proceed further to pay on i.e. Moneybookers. If you have only Moneybookers as a payment option and don’t gather any additional information from buyer, then our system will forward your customer straight to Moneybookers website to pay. If you have Authorize.net account added on Click2Sell.EU, then your customers will be able to pay right on Click2Sell.EU checkout page for your product. Once a payment is completed, your product’s buyer will be redirected to download your ebook.
5) Yes, all affiliate commission payments are done via Click2Sell.EU website’s interface. You just click on Pay buttons to pay each of your affiliates and pay them via Moneybookers or Paypal. If you use Paypal, you can easily pay your all affiliates with just one click. It’s a very easy process.
6) Your customer’s credit card statement will have your Paypals/Moneybookers or Authorize.net account’s narrative.
7) Yes, you can use your pen name to sell your ebooks. We have just added a section to enter your Business/Company name. Just navigate to: My Profile section and you will find it. Fill it with your business or pen name and this will be shown to your customers when they order your product.
