No you don’t have to send an e-mail if there is a refund request. You will be able to make refund yourself to any transaction: just click on a certain transaction on your Transaction report and you will see a button
to ‘Refund’ the customer. Once you click on it, your customer will be refunded automatically. You won’t have to e-mail us and ask to refund the customer. You have full control and issue all the refunds to your customers on Click2Sell.EU.
