Multiple commissions for same product
I have 2 types of affiliates;
those that use the web
those who make phone and physical salesEach type gets a different commission.
Do I have to list the product twice each with it’s own commission? Then I guess I would hide all but one from the market place, is that correct?

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Now I would like to tell you how you can add your products to Click2Sell system in a way, so that it would be the most suitable for your business. Since you have 2 types of affiliates: let’s call them ‘online’ and ‘offline’ affiliates, you want to pay them different affiliate commissions. You can easily do this in two ways:
1) If you know which of your affiliates use online promotion methods, you can set a default i.e. 50% commission rate for them during the product’s addition steps. So they will be paid 50% every time they make a sale. Now, if you also know which of your affiliates use offline promotion methods and you would like to set them a different affiliate commission rate, just navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Affiliates section (or For Merchant –> My Products –> Affiliates (click on product’s panel to view affiliates only for that certain product)) and on your ‘My Affiliates’ page you will be able to set up a custom affiliate commission rate for each of your selected affiliates. So you can set for i.e. 60% for all your selected affiliates who use offline promotion methods.
2) The other way would be to create a replica product on Click2Sell.EU system especially for your ‘offline’ affiliates. Make a copy of your sales page and place newly provided 2nd product’s order buttons. Then hide this product on the Marketplace (just unselect the tickbox to ‘Show product on the Marketplace’ once you add this new product – on STEP2) and then provide your affiliates with their own unique affiliate links for this product or sign up them on Click2Sell.EU to promote your product through your pre-made page for ‘Affiliates’. You can find the url of this page by navigating to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Affiliates page .
