Cannot find a product on the Marketplace, can’t signup as affiliate

Support – I am looking for a product called the QuantumTrader Automated Forex Expert Advisor but I cannot find the product in the market place.
We referred the marketer to Click2Sell and we are trying to sign up as an affiliate.

Can you lead us to his product with a link or something?

Thank you for your questions about QuantumTrader software and thank you for referring this member to Click2Sell.EU. You don’t find this new product on Click2Sell.EU Marketplace just because they haven’t made a first sale yet. All new products need to make at least one sale to be included into the Marketplace. Once they make a first sale, it will be listed on the Marketplace within 24 hours. So I suggest to wait a few days and then search for this product again. You will definitely find it.

Whenever a costumer pays for the product, this message shows up:
Payment failed Please, check your information and try again later. Error code: -9000002 Error message:
Wrong receiver email= somerandomemail@gmail.com

That was the first email that I registered with Click2Sell, however I changed it to another. One is the primary email, however, I added another one to the list of emails in Paypal, so I can receive payments there to. I would like some assistance on this matter, please.

I’m very glad that you asked about this issue. Error code -9000002 is given by our fraud protection and prevention system when Paypal’s primary and secondary e-mail addresses don’t match. It looks like you have entered your secondary Paypal’s e-mail address on Click2Sell.EU, so when you are trying to purchase the product, Paypal returns us 2 different e-mail addresses: 1st one which is entered on Click2Sell.EU and the 2nd one – your primary Paypal’s e-mail. When these 2 e-mails don’t match, it triggers our fraud protection/prevention system and it doesn’t allow the customer to proceed further. In order to fix this issue you have to either:
1) change your Paypal’s e-mail address on Click2Sell.EU to your primary one
or
2) login to Paypal and re-select your primary e-mail, so that it would match with the one entered on Click2Sell.EU

Then Paypal system will return the same e-mail address during the transaction process to Click2Sell.EU and everything will work just fine. As I have noticed already, it looks like you have solved this problem yourself, since you’ve made a sale. Anyway, if you need some further explanations about this or just need some help with setting up your products, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you!

My product doesn’t show on marketplace

Yesterday I’ve added my product to my Merchant account, however it isn’t showing up in marketplace. I’ve read through prohibited products, but it doesn’t fit any of the categories, so it’s ok. I would like to know what is necessary for it to be added.

Thank you for your questions and interest to sell products online via Click2Sell.EU. You didn’t find your product on the Marketplace because you have just added it to the system. You have to sell at least one copy of your product and then it will be listed on the Marketplace within 24 hours. I checked and noticed that you have already one sale made, so you can be sure that your product will be listed today. Anyway, I want to encourage you to navigate to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Add Tools section and upload your guide’s promotional tools for affiliates: banners, pre-written e-mail letters and articles and other instructions on how to promote your product.

How does the payment to affiliate work?

I would like to inquire with regard to pay link to PayPal.com.
I made a proposal letter for a certain product under C2S, and test the link, it comes out under to other affiliate account. As far as I know, the processing of payment should be at my PayPal account. Here are the products that I tested so far:

As far as I understand you have tried to promote other merchant’s products as affiliate via Click2Sell.EU. You have received your affiliate links and entered them and then find out that the product’s checkout page shows other affiliate’s name? If so, then it means that you were referred to those product’s pages by that certain affiliate. Please, clean your browsers cookies and re-enter your own affiliate links again. Now you should be able to see your own affiliate’s name. You saw other affiliate’s name just because we have 1st link protection rule that protects our affiliates from affiliate link hijackings, etc.

I would also like to tell you that all affiliates receive money within 21 day after the end of the month for all the sales from merchant. The money goes right into the merchant’s account and then your affiliate commission payment is paid for all monthly sales right after the month.

Thank you for your interest to sell your ebooks via Click2Sell.EU. If you want to sell your 3 ebooks through Click2Sell.EU, then you have to set them up on our system. Please, navigate to: For Merchant –> Add Product and follow all the product addition steps to add your product to the system. Once you finish, you will be provided with buy now buttons to place on your website. Please, copy and paste the provided codes on your ebooks sales pages. Then upload your sales pages to your web server and then you will be able to accept payments from customers, run affiliate program and sell your 3 ebooks.

Thank you for your question on how to withdraw the money from Click2Sell.EU. All merchants receive money straight into their Paypal, Google Checkout, Moneybookers accounts or credit card payments to Authorize.net, Paypal PRO and Worldpay merchant accounts. So you don’t have to do anything to withdraw the money – our system automatically puts the money into your accounts.
If you are an affiliate and promote other merchant’s products on Click2Sell.EU, you will receive your payment within 21 day after the end of the month. So if you make sales on January, you will receive your affiliate commission payments until the 22nd of February (the latest). You don’t have to do anything additionally – all your affiliate commissions will be paid right into your Paypal or Moneybookers account.

When you enter your promoted product’s affiliate link yourself, your own name (as affiliate) should be shown. If you see another affiliate’s name then it means that you were referred to a certain product’s website by that affiliate. Then you signed up on Click2Sell.EU and created your own links to promote the same product. Click2Sell.EU protects affiliates and we have created a special 1st affiliate link rule – tracking system. If visitor enters the website via 1st affiliate’s link, the special tracking cookie is placed on that visitors computer, so even if he/she visits the same product’s sales page via another members affiliate link, the first affiliate still receives the credit as a real referrer of that potential customer. If you refer a visitor via your affiliate link and he/she is brought for the first time to that product’s sales page, you will be credited. This way we protect our affiliates from affiliate link hijackings and other unfair methods used by some dishonest affiliates.

If you want to see your own affiliate name on the product’s checkout page, please, delete your browser’s cookies and then enter your affiliate link again.

Problem to edit a price

Thank you for all your questions regarding the subscription product’s prices. You can’t edit the 2nd year subscription’s price just because you have entered a certain amount earlier once creating a product. The Paypal subscriptions has a lot of restrictions and they can only be created once – only when a new product is added. These are Paypal’s restrictions. In order to change your subscription product’s price for the second year, simply just navigate to: For Merchant –> Add Product and create a separate subscription product. Then you will be able to enter whatever prices you want. As I mentioned, because it’s a subscription, Paypal does not allow you to edit the purchase price, so you have to re-add/recreate your product on Click2Sell.EU system to change the prices.

Will I receive my affiliate commission if Paypal account under verification?

I’m so happy with my very first affiliate commission with click2sell… thank you very much for setting the concept that really worked. I have a concern regarding my Paylpal account. As part of Paypal’s regular account verification standards my account has been temporarily put on hold until proofs of account holder’s identity is fully verified. I have complied though to all the requirements. I’m concerned if because of that my affiliate commission (from Click2Sell) will not be transferred to my Paypal account.

Thank you for all your kind words. I can assure you that you won’t have problems receiving your payment to your Paypal account even if it is ‘on hold’ or needs some additional information from you. The money will be transfered to your Paypal account without any problems, there are no limitations to accept payment by Paypal. Just make sure you submit all the required documents, so you account will be put in a normal standing and you will be able to take out or spend your earned money.
