Product id is static

Thanks.I was able to sign up.I have a question.I noticed the product id is dynamically changed on the
Payment page.for example when I created a product a number 5121 is assigned, this is an example, and
when I click the buy button now it takes me to the payment page, but now the product id is 58284 and when
I do it again it changes to 58285, and it does this in consecutive order so forth.the problem is I am using
a download guard that creates the account for the person when the purchase from the payment page and the
product id must match at all times for it to properly track it. Now when the product id is changed when using your
payment, is it changed for security purposes, but it’s really the same original id of 5121 or is changed and will no longer
match the id that was originally giving?

We’re glad to have you and your product on Click2Sell.EU. Since your product was assigned an ID of 5121, it will always remain the same for your product. It doesn’t change. You can see all your product’s IDs by navigating to For Merchant –> My Products page. You saw 58284 number just because it is your unique transaction. It’s not a product’s id. Our system assigns each transaction a certain id, so these are dynamic. So if you are using a 3rd party software to track your sales, then you should have no problems since the product id always remains the same.
