You can get your pre-made page for Affiliates to signup on your Click2Sell affiliate programs network account by navigating to:
For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings
There you will be given a link to place on your website in order to recruit affiliates for affiliate program. I hope this answers your question. If you have any more thoughts, please, let me know.
