I have checked your account and product and found that you have configured the product incorrectly. As I see, you want to sell your product as a ‘subscription’, so you have entered: charge 100$ for first 150 years and then 100$ for every 111 years . As you see, this is not correct. 150 years of 111 years are unrealistic time periods, that’s why Paypal gives you an invalid link error.
If you want to sell your product online for just 1 time payment, please, use ‘downloadable’ product’s selection. If your product requires a recurring billing, then please, enter the real time periods: for example use charge $100 for first 1 year instead of just writing 360 days. I think you’ve got the point. If you still have a problem with this, please, let me know the time periods for your product, then I will personally help you out to set up your product correctly.

Is it possible to add more than 1 download links for a product? For example, I have a main product and several bonuses. I understand I can add them together as a zip file, but would it be possible to have separate download links for each file?

If you upload your files to our hosting, then currently it is not possible to have several different download links for the same product. You may do like some of our merchants: they edit our provided default thank-you page by including download links of bonuses (which are hosted somewhere else). In this way their main product is hosted in our server and have a protected download link, while their customers can see/download bonus products separately as well.
Of course, it’s just a compromise, but I hope you will find it helpful. If you have any other question, just let me know!

How do i contact my affiliates using click2sell system?

In “For Merchant” -> “My Affiliates” page (or in “Affiliates” page under each of your product) you can see a list of affiliates you have. If you hover your mouse pointer over any affiliate name, you will see his/her email address in browser’s status bar. Just click on any affiliate name and you will be able to send a message to him/her from your default email software. So, contacting affiliates using click2sell system is pretty simple!

Hello, I have a sales page where I sell an ebook. On the same page there is the choice to buy the ebook alone, or the ebook plus the audio version of this same ebook. What happens if an affiliate sends a visitor to this page with the affiliate link for the sale of the ebook, but the visitor buys the ebook+audio? Does the affiliate still earn a commission? Yes, you are right – the affiliate will still get his/her commission for referring you a buyer. Technically speaking, it would be better that the affiliate would be already signed up to your another product’s affiliate program (then he/she would have a better statistics display), however the most important thing will still happen – getting a commission.
Actually you can put as many different products as you want, but your affiliates will be always credited for any referred sale of your products. So no worries about that.

I would like to inquire about an individual named Guilliano who was clever enough to actually sign up as my affiliate and then made a purchase through his own affiliate link in an attempt to get a 50% discount on receipt of my product.

Don’t worry about this issue. Such cases is just a part of this business. People always try to order the product and get some money back from their purchase via affiliate links. Every month (on the first few days of a new month) we run through the list of such affiliates and mark their commissions as ‘paid’, so merchants don’t have to pay them. So we will run such check for ‘discount hunters’ (as we call them) and mark their payments as paid, so you won’t have to pay such unfair customer – affiliate. So we should mark your payment for that affiliate as paid. If you find it still ‘unpaid’, please, let us know and we will mark it immediately.

Thank you, that did help, but now I have another question, here is another link I found in your site that says I should copy and use it for refering members.
I am a complete newbie but an intelligent one and learn fast. I hope you dont get upset with me asking these questions, but I’ll never know unless I ask. I have very limmited income and dont have much for advertising. I have already entered my URL link in a traffic exchange, the one ending in eu, but when I click on my own link the web site does come up, but in the browser I dont see anything linking me to the site to where I would get credit for promoting. It’s always better to ask than go through trial & error However, it looks like you have taken your Click2Sell.EU Referral program link and placed it on traffic exchanges. This link does not bring visitors to your promoted product’s sales page, but this is the link for people to refer other people to Click2Sell.EU. If that’s what you want – great, use this link as your Click2Sell.EU Referral program link and refer other people to Click2Sell. You can use all traffic methods you want – even traffic exchanges. However, not much people are actually interested when traffic exchanges are used since they visit the website only to get a visit to theirs.
Now, if you want to promote 6 by Six Millions product, just navigate to Click2Sell.EU Marketplace and search for this 6by Six millions product. Then click on Promote and your own affiliate links to promote this product will be provided. Just take them and start advertising. You will see a buy now button at the bottom of a sales page, so if someone of your referred people clicks on it and orders the product, you will get an affiliate commission.

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Click2Sell provides you 2 different affiliate links to promote for the same product. One affiliate link (standard) ends up with eu and the other one ends up with a checkout token. The first link (ends with eu) should be used in most cases when you whan to promote this product online. When visitor enters this affiliate link, it will be brought to the promoted product’s sales page to read and order it.
The link with checkout token at the end brings the customer straight to the product’s checkout page bypassing a sales page. Use this link only if you plan to create your own sales pages/landing pages for affiliated products and want to bypass the merchants website.

As far as I understand you want to sell products for your Spanish customers, right? If so, then you can easily modify Click2Sell.EU checkout page and make it a completely suitable for Spanish language speakers. Just login to your Click2Sell.EU account and navigate to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Checkout .
There you will be able to completely modify your default English language checkout page into Spanish – just replace the English words on checkout with your own to suit Spanish speakers.

I’m considering C2S for my next project. I need you to clarify couple things for me.
1. If I have only moneybookers account, can my customers pay me directly with credit/debit cards? I’m talking about moneybookers merchant account, not standard mb account.
2. Can I accept paypal payments if I don’t have my own paypal acount? That is, can my customer pay to your paypal account and than you transfer that to my moneybookers account? It’s a silly question, I know :), but needed to be sure. If I understood well, all you actually do is debit the accounts that I set up in my profile. So if I have PayPal and Authorize.net my customers can pay only via them.
3. If you transfer money instantly to my, say moneybookers account, why do I have to pay my affiliates only once in a month?
4. Can you please, describe step by step, how does the process of buying looks for my customer. Let’s say I sell an ebook on my website.
5. If I got it right, I can pay multiple affiliates directly from my click2sell account, i.e. I don’t have to go to moneybookers and than use Mass Pay option there?
6. What exactly will appear on my customers credit card statement?
7. Since I’m selling a book, can I use a pen name? I mean, in product description on marketplace, as a name that my affiliate s will see in their reports, on a credit card statements (if you have anything to do with this). Or I must use my real name everywhere?

Thank you for all your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Now I would like to answer all your questions one by one:
1) As far as I understand you will use Moneybookers to accept payments from customers and then pay all affiliates. If you have a real Moneybookers merchant account (you wrote to Moneybookers support and asked to turn on the merchant credit card processing on your account), then you will be able to accept credit card payments from buyers via Moneybookers without any problems.
2) Yes, you understood everything correctly. Your customers pay you directly to your specified accounts on your Click2Sell.EU profile. This means that if you have added Moneybookers, but no Paypal, they will be able to pay only via Moneybookers to you. If you have Authorize.net and Moneybookers accounts added, then you will be able to accept direct credit card payments on your Click2Sell.EU checkout page to your Authorize.net merchant account and also, you customers will be able to choose Moneybookers and pay with their mb accounts or use credit cards there. If you don’t have Paypal specified on your Click2Sell.EU account, then you won’t be able to use it to accept payments.
3) You pay affiliates once a month just because all settlements are generated in this way. For all sales made by your affiliates on February we will generate commission settlements to pay on the 1st of March. You will have 21 day (until the 22nd of March) to pay all affiliates and fees.
4) The buying process is very simple: customers click an order button on your website, then they get redirected to your product’s checkout page where they can enter their information and proceed further to pay on i.e. Moneybookers. If you have only Moneybookers as a payment option and don’t gather any additional information from buyer, then our system will forward your customer straight to Moneybookers website to pay. If you have Authorize.net account added on Click2Sell.EU, then your customers will be able to pay right on Click2Sell.EU checkout page for your product. Once a payment is completed, your product’s buyer will be redirected to download your ebook.
5) Yes, all affiliate commission payments are done via Click2Sell.EU website’s interface. You just click on Pay buttons to pay each of your affiliates and pay them via Moneybookers or Paypal. If you use Paypal, you can easily pay your all affiliates with just one click. It’s a very easy process.
6) Your customer’s credit card statement will have your Paypals/Moneybookers or Authorize.net account’s narrative.
7) Yes, you can use your pen name to sell your ebooks. We have just added a section to enter your Business/Company name. Just navigate to: My Profile section and you will find it. Fill it with your business or pen name and this will be shown to your customers when they order your product.
