How to Change Account Currency?
How can I change my Account Currency?

Thank you for your question on how to change your accounts currency. When you signed up on Click2Sell.EU, you were asked to select your account’s currency. Since you selected one, you can’t change it now. It is because our system creates account strictly for one currency – this is for your own convenience. The stats are always accurate because there are no currency conversions. Now, if you want to have an account with another currency, just signup once again on Click2Sell.EU and select your desired currency.

Multiple commissions for same product
I have 2 types of affiliates;
those that use the web
those who make phone and physical salesEach type gets a different commission.
Do I have to list the product twice each with it’s own commission? Then I guess I would hide all but one from the market place, is that correct?

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Now I would like to tell you how you can add your products to Click2Sell system in a way, so that it would be the most suitable for your business. Since you have 2 types of affiliates: let’s call them ‘online’ and ‘offline’ affiliates, you want to pay them different affiliate commissions. You can easily do this in two ways:
1) If you know which of your affiliates use online promotion methods, you can set a default i.e. 50% commission rate for them during the product’s addition steps. So they will be paid 50% every time they make a sale. Now, if you also know which of your affiliates use offline promotion methods and you would like to set them a different affiliate commission rate, just navigate to:
For Merchant –> My Affiliates section (or For Merchant –> My Products –> Affiliates (click on product’s panel to view affiliates only for that certain product)) and on your ‘My Affiliates’ page you will be able to set up a custom affiliate commission rate for each of your selected affiliates. So you can set for i.e. 60% for all your selected affiliates who use offline promotion methods.
2) The other way would be to create a replica product on Click2Sell.EU system especially for your ‘offline’ affiliates. Make a copy of your sales page and place newly provided 2nd product’s order buttons. Then hide this product on the Marketplace (just unselect the tickbox to ‘Show product on the Marketplace’ once you add this new product – on STEP2) and then provide your affiliates with their own unique affiliate links for this product or sign up them on Click2Sell.EU to promote your product through your pre-made page for ‘Affiliates’. You can find the url of this page by navigating to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Affiliates page .

You should fill in the API credentials to Paypal’s API boxes on your Click2Sell.EU account. We have added the instructions on your Paypal’s page where you have to enter these. There is a detailed step-by-step guide on how to login to your Paypal account, get the API credentials and then enter on your Click2Sell.EU account. So please, navigate to:
My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Paypal (click on it) and you will find all the instructions on how to fill in Paypal API fields on your Click2Sell.EU account.

How to signup affiliates for my product

Thanks, let’s clear a bit of confusion.
I already sell this book since June and I have customers.
I want to send these customers to click2sell so they register and start selling my book because they have an interest in reselling it in the stamp community. So when I introduce these people to click2sell I need a link to the site that I write in an email to them. Is it this page?

The only thing I have not mastered on click2sell is the “Check-out” page versus the “Thank you” page but I will run some tests with my next product that I am going to market from click2sell right from the start.
I am here for the long run with many products so I will master most of your options in a few weeks but let’s start with that single product for now.

Thank you for clarifying all the situation. I understand now everything what you need:) So, first of all… If you would like to signup affiliates on your website to promote your products, you can do this easily through our pre-made page for affiliates: http://www.click2sell.eu/merchant/affiliate_page.do?productId=XXXX (yes, this is that page). If you want to modify the way this page looks, just navigate to:
For Merchant —> My Products —> Edit Settings —> Customize product pages –> Affiliates Page .
You can also make your own page for Affiliates to signup and give all your instructions. It’s very easy to signup and start promoting your product:
1) Just signup on Click2Sell.EU and select a login/username
2) Tell affiliates to replace xxxxxx in this link: http://xxxxxx.product-id.click2sell.eu with their own Click2Sell.EU login/username (product id is your login name + first 3 letters of your product’s name)
3) That’s all – your affiliates will be able to start promoting the product right away.
Regarding the checkout page and thank-you page.
Checkout page is shown to your potential customer when he/she clicks on buy button on your website to order the product.
Thank-you page is a secret page where a visitor gets redirected right after they complete the purchase (you get the funds) to for example – download your product. This page can also be a page that says ‘Thank you for your purchase! Your product will be shipped today…’
If you want to find out more what you can do on Click2Sell.EU to have everything working as you want: just download Click2Sell.EU user guides from Support –> User Guides section. It should answer at least most of your questions on how to set up and configure your products correctly on Click2Sell.EU.

Number of promoted products

i am promoting more than 4 products but only see 4 on my affiliates campaign page, why is this?

Thank you for your question regarding your campaigns. It’s good to know that you have selected to promote more than one campaign. Now, when you selected to promote a certain campaign, you were given your own affiliate links. You must make at least 1 visit to your affiliate link to activate the campaign. Then it will appear on your campaigns list. If you haven’t brought at least 1 visitor to your affiliate link, your campaign won’t be shown on the reports. So please, once you create your affiliate link, enter it yourself in a browser to activate the campaign.

Hi!
1. I want to sell my dating ebook 10$ cost through your site and I wonder how will you take your fee of 1$? Should I pay it monthly? As I can see when I click somebody’s link to buy an ebook priced 10$ I pay all 10$ to this merchant’s account and I can not see where 1$ fee goes and how can I be sure that you get it and will not ask me later to pay it. Please explain me when it’s paid and how.
2. And another question is – should I pay taxes after a sale is made, is it paid automatically or you pay it and it’s included in the fee or price?
3. And the last question is: can my sales homepage locate on a free hosting service?

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Now I would like to answer all your questions one by one:
1) Since you are a merchant and want to sell your ebook for $10, you will definitely receive all your payments straight to your Paypal/Moneybookers or any other merchant account supported by Click2Sell.EU. You get all the payments instantly. Then for all sales made on for example the month of February, the settlements to pay affiliates and Click2Sell.EU fees will be generated on the 1st of March (on your Payments section). There you will have to just click and pay all your affiliates and Click2Sell.EU fees. This is a very easy process, you can easily configure your Paypal API on Click2Sell.EU and then all affiliate/fees payments will be made with just one click of a button. You have to pay all your affiliates/Click2Sell.EU fees within 21 day after the end of the month. So if you have sales on February, you will have to pay all your fees from the 1st until the 22nd of March.
2) As I said, all affiliate commissions and fees are paid at the Payments section of Click2Sell.EU, so you will have to pay them after the end of the month – within 21 day. It’s very easy – you will have to click on simple Pay buttons and fees will be paid.
3) Yes, you can host your website wherever you want. Note: your sales page and product would look much more professional if you would host it on a good host without any additional banners/adverts.

Do I set the time to pay my affiliates?

I looked all over for it…can I control when my affiliates are paid? It says 2 weeks after the month, but can I pay every 30 days?

Yes, of course you can pay every 30 days. All affiliates should be paid once a month for all sales made on a previous month. For example, affiliates make sales for you on the month of February. Affiliate commission settlements will be generated on the 1st of March for all affiliates so you would be able to pay them. Then you have 21 day after the end of the month (i.e. from the 1st of February until the 22nd of February) to pay all your affiliates. Some merchants pay on the 1st of a new month, while some of them waits until the 21st day of the month. It all depends on you, so you have a choice to pay affiliates when you want.

Product id is static

Thanks.I was able to sign up.I have a question.I noticed the product id is dynamically changed on the
Payment page.for example when I created a product a number 5121 is assigned, this is an example, and
when I click the buy button now it takes me to the payment page, but now the product id is 58284 and when
I do it again it changes to 58285, and it does this in consecutive order so forth.the problem is I am using
a download guard that creates the account for the person when the purchase from the payment page and the
product id must match at all times for it to properly track it. Now when the product id is changed when using your
payment, is it changed for security purposes, but it’s really the same original id of 5121 or is changed and will no longer
match the id that was originally giving?

We’re glad to have you and your product on Click2Sell.EU. Since your product was assigned an ID of 5121, it will always remain the same for your product. It doesn’t change. You can see all your product’s IDs by navigating to For Merchant –> My Products page. You saw 58284 number just because it is your unique transaction. It’s not a product’s id. Our system assigns each transaction a certain id, so these are dynamic. So if you are using a 3rd party software to track your sales, then you should have no problems since the product id always remains the same.
