Moneybookers set up
Hi
I have set up my money bookers account and I am unsure about how to install it – as my links still show just paypal as the only payment processor – I really need to bypass paypal as well as some of my clients will not be able to use paypal. Please let me know.

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. In order to enable the Moneybookers on your product’s checkout page, simply login to your Click2Sell.EU account, navigate to My Profile –> My Payment Processors page and then click on ‘Setup’ button to set up the payment processor mapping form to work with Moneybookers. There you will find Moneybookers field. Please, select your added account from the dropdown list and then click on save. Now, please, check your product’s checkout page. You will notice a Moneybookers payment option.

My Referrals
I am about to get all my marketing buddies to sign up under me…. how can I verify they are under me? Where can I see their user names?

Thank you for bringing your buddies on Click2Sell.EU. All you have to do is just to provide them with your own referral program link:
http://your-username.join.click2sell.eu – where “your-username” is your login to Click2Sell.EU system. Simply provide your referral program link and members will be referred. Then please, navigate in your Click2Sell account to: Promote C2S –> Referred Users tab and check. There you will see your referred friends.

Product not in marketplace
Can a product not in the marketplace still be processed by the system? I have a special group that will be using this service. Thanks, James

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, of course. If you want, you can unselect the tickbox “Show product on the Marketplace” during the product’s addition steps and then your product won’t be shown on the Marketplace, however it will function without any problem. This way you can have your special group promote that product. It is not necessary to show the product on a marketplace.
Simply just add your product to the system and provide your affiliates their links: I.e.: http://affiliate.productid.click2sell.eu
Where affiliate is affiliate’s login to Click2Sell.EU, productid = your accounts login + first 3 letters of your product’s name. James, I hope this answers all your questions. If you have anything more to add, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you.

How to delete Paypal account on Click2Sell?
Please, how do I delete my paypal account? I register only moneybookers

If you want to delete a Paypal account, simply visit: My Profile –> My Payment Processors page and then click on Setup button. Unselect your current Paypal account from the payment’s mapping form. Then click on save and return to My Payment Processors page again. Now click on Paypal account and click on delete button. It will be deleted. I hope this helps. Hi I have 2 ebooks ready for sale. I have a couple of questions: Do I need an ISBN to list my e-book on your site? What fees are associated with selling an e-book on your site? thanks

No, you don’t need to have ISBN or any other number to list your product on Click2Sell.EU. Simply signup, navigate to: For Merchant –> Add Product and follow the steps to add products to the Marketplace.
Regarding fees: we charge a flat $1-3 fee when you make a sale. You will pay only when you make sales. Simply there are no other fees. You can read more about Click2Sell.EU fees structure on this page:

About Marketplace listing
hi as you mail me that after first sale product is listed. i have a query. 1.whether after first sale it is listed for lifetime or for certain period. 2. can i change product price and commission rate after listing. what will happen if i change regards sushma

Thank you for your questions. I would like to answer all of them on by one:
1) When you make a first sale, your product is listed for a lifetime on Click2Sell.EU Marketplace.
2) Yes, you can change any of your product’s settings including price, affiliate commission rate and other things. What will happen when you change? The product’s information will be changed. Your product will remain listed on the Marketplace.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter. If you accept payments to Paypal or any other payment processor’s account through Click2Sell.EU, all you have to do is either:
a) login to your payment processor’s account and refund a payment from the members area
or
b) login to your Click2Sell.EU members area, navigate to My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Paypal (click on it) and fill in the API data. Then once you have done it, simply go to the Transaction report, click on a certain transaction and then click on ‘Refund’ button. The transaction will be refunded.

If you want to change your Paypal account on Click2Sell.EU, simply login to your account, navigate to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors page and then follow the steps to add new payment processor accounts or simply click on your current Paypal account and then change the e-mail to your desired one.

Merchant account
I am a click2sell affiliate. I also have a dropship website whick gives me the resell rights for their site. Can I sell subscriptions to the dropship site on click2sell. Also I did not fill in the payment preference under the merchant acct. when I initially signed up for click2sell. My affiliate payment is through my PayPal acct. Will my merchant account be the same for me to pay affiliates that sell my product. If not how do I get my merchant acct set up for PayPal payment to my affiliates.

Thank you for contacting us. Yes, of course you can sell subscriptions to your dropship website. Regarding the payment preferences: once you signed up, you were asked to provide your Paypal e-mail address. So the payments for all your products will go straight to your Paypal account, while you will be able to pay affiliates using your selected Paypal and/or Moneybookers accounts. If you want to add some more payment accounts, simply navigate to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors and follow the steps to add new payment processor accounts.

Cannot create campaign
I can not create a campaign. How do I get started?

We have sent you all the instructions on how to start promoting the product from Click2Sell.EU Marketplace. The campaign is not created just because you don’t bring at least 1 visitor to your affiliate link. Once you bring 1 visitor to your affiliate link, the campaign will be activated and it will appear under For Affiliate –> My Campaigns section.
