Referrals question….

How do you know how many referrals you have? I see where it shows what they’ve earned but it doesn’t state the number of referrals I have.

In order to check how many members you have referred to Click2Sell.EU, simply login to your account and then navigate to: Promote C2S tab and click on Referred Users section. What is the price?

I can’t quite figure out what the price for listing an ebook on your network is? And what about if my customers pay by credit card? Does it mean if I only have a paypal premium I can’t get paid when they buy?

Thank you for contacting us. We don’t charge anything to list an e-book on Click2Sell.EU network. Simply signup for an account, navigate to: For Merchant –> Add Product section and add your ebook. You will only pay when you make sales. Simply there are no other charges. You can read more about Click2Sell.EU fees on this page: http://www.click2sell.eu/en/home/service-fees.html .

Now, if you want to accept direct credit card payments from your customers via Click2Sell.EU checkout page, you simply have to add your Authorize.net, Moneris or Paypal PRO merchant accounts on Click2Sell.EU and then your customers will be able to pay you directly with their cards. If you have Paypal premium account, then your customers will also be able to pay you with their cards, however, they will be redirected to Paypal payment pages, so the process is a bit longer.

Affiliate Program Statistics

Hi There, I just joined and I am in the process of getting my product
set up and ready to sell. I just have a few of questions. Here they are:

1. Can I track each individual affiliate, and how many sales they make
per month? The reason I ask is because I am going to offer all
affiliates a $1,000 bonus if they exceed 50 sales each month.

2. When I am paying my affiliates, can I pay the top performing ones
the performance through the system, or should I just send it to them
via my Paypal account?

3. Which part in the code can I change so that I can use my own
payment button graphics?

4. To take the 7 day trial, I charge my customers $1.97 for the 7
days. I have set my commission rate to 50% for affiliates. So how does
this work exactly? I read that your fee for this price would be $1.00.
So would the affiliates get 50% of the 97 cents?

5. When selling my product, each customer gets a 7 day trial where
they only pay $1.97. After the trial period, they would be charged
$97. How can I make it so that there is only one rebill? When I choose
the “subscription product” option, it allows me to enter 4 fields. The
first two allow me to enter $1.97 and 7 days for the trial period. The
next two allow me to enter $97 for the rebill, however I only want the
rebill to happen once. What should I enter into the last field so the
charge only happens once?

let me answer your questions one by one.

1) Yes, of course, you can track each of your affiliates. You will know
exactly how many sales, visitors every each day certain affiliate has
brought. I attached a screenshot (myaffiliates.png) how it looks in one
merchant’s account. You can set custom commission percentages to some of
your affiliates (so you can reward well performing affiliates by raising
their commission rate).

2) We require that merchants would pay their affiliates via our system.
In the beginning of every month you will receive invoices to pay
commissions and fees in “Payments” section in your Click2Sell account.
Paying commissions via Click2Sell will let us know that you have really
paid your affiliates.

3) You will need to change just URL of the image. Please see this
article which explains how to do that:

4) Affiliate commission amount is calculated by a simple formula:
product price * affiliate commission percentage. So you will need to pay
a commission of $1.97 * 0.5 = $0,98.

5) Currently subscriptions are endless. A customer is recharged until a
subscription is cancelled by him/her or by a seller. So you will need to
cancel a subscription yourself after second payment. We have plans to
implement finite subscriptions in near future, however no development
deadline is set for this feature yet.

If you have changed the product you are selling, you can update it in
Click2Sell this way:
go to “For Merchant” section -> click on product’s name -> click on
“Configure basic settings” -> click on “Step 2″.
There tick “Change File” tickbox and then browse for a new file to be
uploaded to Click2Sell server.

What do the up and down arrows and dots next to the numerical rankings mean?

These arrows and dots next to the numerical rankings show if product has climbed or lost its rankings on the Marketplace this week. If the arrow points to the north, it means that the product has gained rankings, while if it goes south – the product has lost some positions compared to previous week’s rankings. These rankings show how well product performs on Click2Sell.EU. The higher product listed – the better performance it gets.

Payment Methods

I have recently joined Click2sell and want to start promoting companies. However i need clarification/advice on which companies i should promote i.e my preferred method of receiving payment is through Moneybookers(check). should i only promote those merchants who can pay via moneybookers or all companies since paypal is not available in my country?also is there any way to search for those companies using moneybookers?

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. Actually mostly all products support Paypal, but not Moneybookers. So in case you want to promote products from Click2Sell.EU Marketplace, you can simply click on Promote link and start promoting. Even if you don’t have your Paypal account – in these cases we do everything it takes so merchant could pay you. Usually we pay you ourselves when we receive money from a merchant.

So all you have to do is just to start promoting products from Click2Sell.EU Marketplace and we will make sure you get paid.

questions about merchant fraud protection

I have an ebook that I would like to sell, and I believe that after much research, I think that your services are probably the best. Basically I have a question, before I sign up. I have a paypal business account. And I have a digital product I would like to sell (.pdf) but paypals seller protection policy does not protect against chargebacks in the instance of digital downloads. I do not want to have affiliates sell my product, only to have chargebacks filed against me, once I have paid my affiliates. What protection does your service provide for me in this situation? How often does affiliate fraud, or chargeback fraud occur on click2sell? Am i eligible for any of your protection, having only paypal as my payment processor?
A timely thorough response will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us! As far as I see you are a very smart merchant, since 99% of merchants never think about their protection from affiliate fraud, especially against chargebacks. I guess you had some bad experience in the past? Your questions are very logical, so now I would like to explain how we protect you and your business from affiliates chargebacks. The thing is that there are many scammers online who want to make fraudulent sales and then get the payments from merchants. These sales in most cases results in chargebacks later… We know this since we have to deal with such ‘sellers’ every day. Click2Sell.EU system has a built-in affiliate fraud prevention and checking tools that monitor the affiliate’s activity on the system and all sales they make. So if we detect fraud, we ban the affiliate immediately. I can assure that such scammers never get their affiliate commission. Usually we detect such scammers within 1 sale they make and ban them. When an affiliate is banned the merchant doesn’t have to pay any affiliate commissions to them. In case we detect the possible fraudulent sale, we inform the merchant or simply refund that sale ourselves (if you have your Paypal account’s API data entered on Click2Sell.EU and allow us to make refunds for you in such cases).

Regarding the question how often a fraud occurs on Click2Sell.EU I can say that not oftenly. This is because scammers never get their payment, so it is not worth the time for them to spend and make fraudulent sale on a company who has all anti fraud protection tools and then simply bans their accounts. It’s much easier to go somewhere else and perform illegal sales on those merchant’s websites who (for i.e.) run their own affiliate programs and doesn’t know how to deal with fraud.

Nick, Click2Sell.EU is not only a simple system to sell your product, but we also perform all the fraud checks on your sales, your affiliate’s sales to make sure you won’t have any problems with that. Now, you asked about the possible protection: well, nobody can protect you from chargebacks just because clients might simply order your product, get it and then go to their banks saying ‘I did not authorize this purchase.’ . This is a part of online business. However, when you have the right tools in place and you are protected from affiliate fraud, you shouldn’t have any problem with chargebacks.

Withdraw funds

how do i withdraw funds from my account or does it go into my paypal account?

Thank you for contacting us. No, you don’t need to do anything on your part to get your money for your sales.
If you are a merchant, you will get all the money straight to your Paypal or any other payment processor’s account right after a customer orders the product. While if you promote products as an affiliate, you will be paid within 21 day after the end of the month. All money will be deposited straight to your Paypal account automatically, so you don’t have to do anything on your part. All you need to make sure is that your entered Paypal account on Click2Sell.EU system (to view it, please, navigate to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors) is correct.

Sell products online – pricing

i have joined your affiliate program to promote products on our website.. but i dont understand the fee that click2sell will charge me to sell my products online, could you please advise the 1,2,3,4 system, is this fee paid on the number of items sold or the clicks.

Thank you for contacting Click2Sell.EU. The pricing structure is very simple on Click2Sell.EU. In order to sell your products online all you have to do is just to add your products to Click2Sell.EU system. You will be charged only a flat $1 to $3 fee when you make a sale for one of your products – as you are a merchant. You only pay when you make sales. If you are an affiliate and promote products from Click2Sell.EU Marketplace then you don’t pay any fees. You only get affiliate commissions from merchants within 21 day after the end of the month.

Membership & Recurring Sites

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Yes, of course you are able to sell recurring billing products (memberships) to your customers. All you have to do is just to signup on Click2Sell.EU, navigate to: For Merchant –> Add Product section and add your subscription based product. Make sure you select a ‘subscription’ type of the product. Then you will be able to specify all affiliate commission percentage, billing periods and the product’s price. Simply follow all the steps to create your subscription and then place payment buttons on your website.

Your affiliates will be credited as long as their referred member stays subscribed for your product.
