In order to promote Click2Sell.EU service and refer new merchants and affiliates, all you have to do is just to login to your account and visit Promote C2S page on your members area. There you will find all the information about Click2Sell Affiliate Program and you will be provided with your own unique referral links to refer new merchants and affiliates to signup on Click2Sell.EU. Simply promote that affiliate link to people and if they signup, you will be credited for referring new people. You will be able to see all your referred members on: Promote C2S –> Referred Users page.

Why am I receiving a Ban All for my affiliate?

Thank you for contacting us regarding this affiliates ban feature. When you navigate to: For Merchant –> My Affiliates section you can see a list of all your affiliates promoting your products. There are special links to BAN a certain affiliate from promoting your products. We have implemented this mesure for merchants, so they would be able to completely control who promotes their products and if they don’t like a certain affiliate, they could simply ban it. This way you can protect yourself from affiliates who for i.e. spam your affiliate link, etc.

Hi – I have just started with Click2Sell as a Merchant and have set up
a number of different ebooks to sell. I have a few initial questions:1. When I click on the ‘Buy Now’ links on my product sales pages. I cannot then return to the sales page by clicking on my browser button – If I try to do so, I just stay on the Paypal/payments processing page. Eventually I have to close that down and the sales page disappears. How can I get some ‘Buy Now’ buttons (or adjust the html code in the existing ones) where it is possible for customers to click on the Buy Now button and then return via their Back Button to the Sales page, so that if they are unsure about buying they can check out the sales details further rather than just lose sight of the relevant information completely?
2. I only have a Paypal account not a Moneybookers account – does this mean that I will only be able to pay affiliates into their Paypal accounts (in which I case I need to edit the affiliates page to say this) or will I still be able to make payments into an affiliate’s Moneybookers account if they request that, even though I do not have one myself?
3. When I go into Edit Settings on a product, it’s easy to preview my Thank You page. But how do I review my sales page to check that I have entered the URL for that correctly?
4. How will affiliates get to see my Sales page? at the moment I have entered the URL for the Sales page for each product but I cannot see what else I have to do to ensure that affiliates checking out my products will also be able to see it for themselves. Please advise.

Let me answer your questions one by one.
1) You can disable “Skip Click2Sell Checkout Page” option which automatically forwards your customers directly to PayPal checkout page. Once you disable this option, if a person clicks on “Buy Now” button, he/she will come to Click2Sell checkout page where all the information about the product is presented and then he/she will be able to go to Paypal checkout page. You can disable the option this way:
“For Merchant” -> click on product’s name -> “Configure basic settings” -> Step 2 -> look for “Skip Click2Sell Checkout Page” checkbox. Uncheck the checkbox.
2) It is not possible to pay directly from PayPal account to Moneybookers account. However, if you have an affiliate who has only Moneybookers account, then you can send his/her affiliate commission to us and then we will pay your affiliate via Moneybookers. Soon this process will be very streamlined, so it will be very easy to pay this way.
3) Well, you can just copy the URL from “Sales Page URL” field into your browser’s address bar and see if your sales-page is loaded. If yes, then the URL is written correctly.
4) Affiliates can see your sales-pages by clicking on your product’s affiliate program name in the marketplace. For example, you can click on any other product’s name there and you will see that product’s sales-page. That is how affiliates see products’ sales-pages.

I am in the middle of designing a web site but I don’t have one yet. Do I need to have one and store the digital product there, on my own site or can I upload it to this site here for sale and downloading to the customers?

I want to offer a second option for my membership product. I want to offer a trial membership for $24.95 with an upsell for an additional $72.05 to my $97 full price. I don’t know how to make this happen, but need it to. Any help is appreciated, I think using this approach will lead to great conversions.

Thank you for contacting us on how to set up your product with other options. As far as I understand you sell one product on Click2Sell.EU, but would like to offer your clients a 2nd and 3rd versions of product with another price as an upsell offer. You can do this easily. Simply navigate to: For Merchant — Add Product page and add all your three (or even more) versions of your product on Click2Sell.EU. One product will be the main, while others will be like options. Set them up as separate products. For all products you can use the same sales page and/or thank-you page, it doesn’t matter. The only difference it to set the other price and of course – select if product should be displayed on the Marketplace (or not). You can easily set up your main product and display it on the marketplace (let’s say it’s priced $24.95), while other product’s versions could be set up by adding the new different products, selecting the other prices and making them not to be shown on the Marketplace (you can select this option on the product’s addition steps). Then on your upsell page simply place the payment buttons for your $72.05 or $97 products, while the main sales page could have $24.95 (main product priced). Then you will be able to upsell all your products to the customers.

How do I change my payment settings from Paypal to Authnet?

Thank you for contacting us. You can easily add your Authorize.net account on Click2Sell.EU and process direct credit card payments from your customers. Simply go to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> click to Add Authorize.net account. Follow all the steps to add it to Click2Sell.EU system. Once you have done this, please, go back to My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> page and click on Setup and then select your Authorize.net from the Credit card account field. Click on Save and you will be done.
Once you have done this, you will be able to accept not only Paypal payments, but also direct credit card payments from your customers straight to your Authorize.net. account. I hope this helps. I just want to know whether, as a merchant, I can email out to my customers the ebook product when they purchase through a Click2Sell affilaite, or whether you only allow a “thank you” page/download page for the customer to download a copy of the product?

Thank you for your questions about e-mailing your ebooks to customers. It depends on you. We allow you to both e-mail your customers the download link and moreover, we also redirect them to your specified thank you page. When a customer orders the product, he is automatically redirected to the thank-you page after the successful payment. Moreover, Click2Sell.EU system sends the purchase confirmation letter with a product’s download link. If you want, you can easily edit this e-mail. Just navigate to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure Product Pages –> Checkout and at the bottom you will be able to edit your purchase confirmation letter. You can set it up just like you want

I don’t want to use no other thank you page for Click2sell thank you page is great, I just want to insert the Search Engines tracking codes into Click2sell thank you page that all.

Of course you can add your Google, Yahoo and MSN tracking codes to Click2Sell.EU thank-you page. Simply navigate to: For Merchant –> My Products –> Edit Settings –> Configure product pages –> Thank-you page and there you will be able to edit your default Thank-you page and add the conversion codes. This is a WYSIWYG html editor, so search for a html code button on it, click it and then you will be able to add the codes to the thank-you page.

HI,
I sell a nursing home report for one county in Florida for $19.95. Once the customer pays the $19.95 through paypal, they are taken to a page on my website that has the report on the page, acutally over 5 pages. It is not provided in PDF or in any document form even though I do have the report in PDF formata and a Word Doc.My question is: Would you call this a one time subscription? Will this work with Click to sell?
My other question is, can I choose affiliates to sell my report in a specific geographical area?

Thank you for your questions. As far as I understand your report needs only a one time payment. Simply select your product type as a ‘downloadable’ product and provide your product’s thank-you page to Click2Sell.EU system. You will be able to sell it without any problem You don’t have to select it as a one time subscription, since ‘subscription’ product type is intended for products that require a periodical billing option.
Currently your affiliates will be able to sell your product wherever you want. For example, if you select your product as ‘Material’ and then select the countries to SHIP TO (during the product’s addition steps), you will be able to limit your affiliates selling your product in a specific geographical area.

Thank you for your questions. I would like to answer them one by one:
1) It looks like you are trying to enter Click2Sell.EU url on your sales page url field. You have to enter your website’s URL, i.e. www.yourdomain.com where you have placed your product’s descriptions and payment buttons.
2) Image of the product is not necessary, so you don’t have to upload it. Sales page URL is your website’s URL where you have your product’s descriptions and payment buttons placed. You have to make it on your own in order to sell your product. Thank-you page is a special secret page where your customers will be directed to download your product after they complete the purchase. You have to create it yourself and provide an URL to Click2Sell.EU system, so we would know where to redirect your customer after the successful payment.
