What is my affiliate url?

WHAT IS MY URL AS AN AFFILIATE

Dear William,

Your affiliate URL depends on which product you promote. Actually it looks like this:
http://your-login.merchantID.click2sell.eu .

In order to get your affiliate link, simply login to your account, navigate to the Marketplace and search for products of your interest. Once you find an interesting product to promote, please, click on the ‘Promote’ link nearby and your unique affiliate links will be provided for you. Then you will have to take them and place on your website or start promoting online for interested people. All you have to do is just to refer potential customers and if they order your promoted product, you will earn the affiliate commissions.

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions or just need some help, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you!

Sincerely,
Egidijus

How is an affiliate commission split

r Louis,

Everything depends on a merchant: how much he/she sets for affiliates to receive.
If you are a merchant and would like to sell your ebook on Click2Sell.EU, you can simply set everything yourself:
a) Product’s price: i.e. $18.00
b) Affiliate commission percentage: how much you will pay your affiliates – 5-95% of the product’s price

It all depends on you. If you are an affiliate and want to promote products from Click2Sell.EU Marketplace, then each product has it’s price and affiliate commission percentage written on the Marketplace. You will earn the specified percentage from the products price if you make a sale.

Click2Sell.EU takes $1-$3 from a sale.

I hope this answers all your questions. If you have anything more to add or just need some help, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you.

I am new to this area, and still do not understand what I the author of the book will earn if the book is offered at $18.00. What is the commission that the affiliates get, and what will I receive at that price. It looks like you receive a 10% fee for each transaction. Is this correct. What is the commissioin split for affiliates.

Affiliate payments threshold

What is the threshold for affiliates to receive payments? I’m just curious to know when affiliates can expect payment.
Thank you

Dear Raul,

There is no threshold for affiliates to get paid. All you have to do is just to make at least one sale and your affiliate commissions will be paid out within 21 day after the end of a month. If you make at least one sale on the month of June (current month), you will be paid for all June’s sales until the 22nd of July.

Url description in Adwords

Google ad works is telling me my url for jerry martin products is too long and they want me to eliminate the .eu from the end. Will the following work http://xxxxxx.merchant.click2sell without the .eu ?

Hi Mel,

Thank you for your questions regarding the URLs description. As you might know, there are 2 URL fields on Adwords:
1) 1st one is shown for members on your AD
2) 2nd is the hyperlink to bring the visitor to your desired page

As far as I know, Adwords only limits the 1st URLs lenght. So you can simply write there: click2sell.eu and it will be enough.
While the 2nd URL must be the exact url to your affiliate link and you cannot cut it, so you must use: http://xxxxxx.merchant.click2sell.eu

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you!

selling my stuff

OK,
do i list one item or the store as a whole? Does the buy it now link go on my actual website or do people that are promoting it, copy and put it in THIER website? If I want to offer affiliate for my store do i just list my store or should i list all the items?

Dear Beatrix,

You can list one product or you can also list all your products. It just depends on you… Simply add your products to Click2Sell.EU system via For Merchant –> Add Product section, place order links on your website and you will be ready to go. Then your affiliates will be able to find your products on Click2Sell.EU Marketplace or simply signup to promote them via your page for Affiliates. They will be provided with their own unique affiliate links to use to promote your store or a certain product online. Each product’s sales page should lead the customer to the page where you have your product’s descriptions added. Now it doesn’t matter what your affiliates promote – which product. Actually if they refer a customer who ends up buying your other product through Click2Sell.EU, your affiliates will still be credited for bringing sales.

I hope this answers all your questions. If you need some more explanations, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you!

Multiple products on the same website

Hi,
I am an affiliate of the 6 Shooter Tattoo kit and I noticed that when the site is accessed with my six shooter link a web page opens which lists many of the products sold by merchant and the six shooter is listed last on the site. Given the way this is presented, the customer I am sending to the site is most probably going to purchase some other product before he or she reaches the six shooter. I noticed that most of the other products he is offeing are also listed as possible affiliate products but each has a different link. This seems like a bad arrangement unless the merchant will pay a commision back to the affiliate who generated the visit for any of the products sold during that visit. Is that the case or not ? Today as an example I have generated over 40 visits, but reflecting no sales, which is very possible, but it may also be that my referal is purchasing a different product during the visit? How does this particular site handle this type of situation?
Thanks

Dear Mel,

Thank you for your questions regarding multiple products on the same website. I perfectly understand your question. Click2Sell.EU system has been designed in a way to assign all affiliates for their referred sales. This means that even if you refer a visitor who ends up purchasing another product on the same website (even though you do not promote that certain product), you will definitely get credited for selling that product. Actually you can simply promote only one certain product/affiliate link, however if your referred customer orders another product – you will still be credited. So don’t worry about people buying other products. You will definitely get the payment if you refer a sale.

I hope this answers your questions clearly. If you have any other questions or just need some help with Click2Sell.EU, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you!

Using credit card payment option only

Hi
I want to use only Worldpay at the checkout page to receive payments from my customer NOT Paypal. BUT after receiving payments from my customers, i want to withdraw the payments using PayPal. Is this possible?

Dear Brandon,

Thank you for your questions and interest in Click2Sell.EU. Now I would like to answer them one by one and explain you everything:
1) If you want to accept direct credit card payments from your customers to your Worldpay merchant account via Click2Sell.EU, but you don’t want to accept direct Paypal payments, simply navigate to: My Profile –> My Payment Processors –> Setup (click on a setup button to set up your payment processors mapping form) and unselect the Paypal account from the drop down menu. Select a blank option for Paypal and save. Once you have done this, your Click2Sell.EU checkout page will only contain a credit card information fields for your customers to fill and pay – no Paypal will be shown.

2) Then you will be processing payments straight to your Worldpay merchant account. Worldpay usually transfers funds via wire transfer straight to your bank account. They don’t have a Paypal transfer option, so you will be able to withdraw your earned money straight to your bank account.

I hope this answers all your questions. If you have any more questions or just need some help setting up a credit card processing on your account, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you!

Payments from my sales

Hi Vytis,

Thank you for your insightful and quick reply. I’ve already received my first affiliate so things are starting to get good.

I just have a few more questions:

– If I send refunds from my PayPal account (since my products have a 30 day refund period) and how will the affiliate and Click2Sell script be notified of this? Or will I have to manually tell affiliate that they’ve received a refund from their referral?

– What are the Click2Sell fees since I couldn’t find them listed.

– I mapped my PayPal Business account (not pro) as a credit card account in the mapping menu, and when I try a test purchase it gave an 10550 error. Is this because the PayPal account can’t handle credit card purchases?

– Finally, I also received my first sale but it’s from a PayPal eCheck that is not yet cleared – so is this the reason why the sale is not listed in my Click2Sell account?

P.S. These questions are from my yesterday’s thread, so if you answer these questions by email you don’t have to answer there too so I don’t take much of your time.

Dear Emil,

Keep up the good work :) Soon you’ll have the sales flowing every day. Now I would like to answer all your questions one by one:

1) Refunds: if your affiliate makes a sale, but you (as a merchant) refund that sale after some time, Click2Sell.EU system gets notified immediately from Paypal about your refund. Our system automatically adjust all the
payments, everything and marks the sale as refunded on both your and your affiliates members areas, so you don’t have to tell your affiliate that the sale has been refunded. Click2Sell.EU does it for you.

2) Click2Sell.EU fees can be found on the main page’s green bar: Click2Sell Fees .

3) Processing credit card payments to your Paypal account: you are correct. You must have a working Paypal Website Payments PRO account (US or UK) in order to accept direct credit card payments from your customers straight to
your Paypal account without customers even knowing that their money is sent to your Paypal. Personal or Business accounts won’t work because PRO account is a real merchant account. If you want to process direct credit card
payments to your Paypal account, simply contact Paypal and have it set up. Note you need to be a US or UK resident in order to get a working merchant account.

4) eCheck sales: yes, you are correct. The sale does not appear on your sales reports just because an echeck has not been cleared yet. Usually it takes 5-14 days for an echeck to clear. Once it clears, the sale starts to appear on your account.

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions or just need some help, please, let me know. I will do my best to help you.

my thank you page and downloads

Hello, Im worried about people being able to go straight to my thank
you/download page instead of having to buy the product first. Is there
a way to make sure people buy the product instead of just going to
thankyou.html page?

Hello Matt,

there are some different ways to protect yourself from such people. Let
me mention some of them:

1) You can use premier download page protection softwares like DLGuard
which supports Click2Sell. It is not a cheap software, but it does its
job very well.

2) You may upload your file into our secured server. Your customers who
successfully complete purchases will get a secured download link which
will work for 72 hours. After that the link will no longer work.

3) You may call your thank-you page not just “thankyou.html”, but
“08thankyou02page.html” or just “asdnjknjkfnuifui4566.html” or any other
random name, so it won’t be easily found out.

4) You may not give direct download links in “thank-you” page, but just
add a simple form where you would ask buyers to write their name and
email addresses. Then you would compare their data with payments in
your, let’s say, PayPal account and if it matches then you would send
your product to their email address. However, this method is quite
annoying to buyers as they want to get a purchased product as soon as
possible.

These are the most commonly used ways to protect your products.

I hope this helps you.

Question About My Affiliate Program (product selling via email communication)

First of all, I must say, you guys sound like a breath of fresh air. I
have a question for you pertaining to me putting my product on your
network. I’m curious about you tracking ability. My normal process for
selling consists of a visitor coming to my landing page and entering
their email for a free mini course on playing guitar in a very unusual
way. From there, I communicate via auto responders over a period of
21 days (about every 3 days). And finally, an offer is made to the
visitor to become a paid member for recurring billings between $27 and
$47 per month. Easy enough.

My questions to you would be:

1) Let’s say fro sake of conversation you are a JV or affiliate for my
product. Now let’s assume you have just sent your visitor to the
landing page described above. Can your organization set cookies or
something that would track the ending sale for the affiliate (in this
example – you). I’d like for every affiliate to be able to use the
same landing page and the end sale be credited to them. I’m currently
creating a unique landing page for each affiliate manually which is
quite troublesome.

2) I guess my next question is do you allow a sales funnel as described.

3) What requirements do you set in terms of what I need to offer as a
refund policy?

I look forward to hearing from you. I’m ready fro a change and quite
frankly, I’ve had it up to my ears with the other so called reputable
affiliate networks.

Hello Jerry,

thanks for contacting us!

Your questions can be answered in a very short, but positive way: yes,
tracking will work just fine in your way of selling products.
As long as you offer to buy a product via Click2Sell, affiliates will
get their commissions if they referred people to your website. Your
landing page doesn’t necessarily need to have Click2Sell buy button.
Just make sure that if a person would decide to buy your product, then
Click2Sell provided buy buttons have to be the only way to order your
product. Otherwise there could be quite a lot of “leaked” sales for your
affiliates if you offer several payment methods.

The only requirement for your Refund policy is just to put it in a
visible place in your website, so that visitors would know their rights.
Everything else is up to you.

I hope I explained everything clearly enough.
If you have any other question, just let me know!
